Amidst the hustle and bustle of the market square, tucked in amongst a throng of other shops is the Gujarat Tea Stall. A humble offering to the city, surrounded by boards of the local brand “Sunrise” Tea- this place is a stop for most pedestrians going about their day. A sip of the cutting
