About Jaffna University

Established in 1974, the University of Jaffna is a public university. Currently, 7972 students are enrolled across thirteen faculties: Agriculture, Applied Health Science, Applied Science, Arts, Business Studies, Engineering, Graduate Studies, Hindu Studies, Management Studies and Commerce, Medicine, Science, Technology, and Technological Studies.
