Coloane, once a remote fishing village, is now a charming creative district with many hipster cafés and art spaces.The mural shows villagers along the Macao coast, waiting for the safe return of their loved ones as the sun goes down in the South China Sea.
Telling the story of Coloane through the murals adds to my sense of purpose.
About the artist
The mural was created by Thomas (MCZ). He likes to use rich colours and fashion elements. With the city growing so fast, he wants to share the story of Coloane’s past before it’s gone.
