Hopper nights
The nights turn in early in Matara. The eateries close early but not before fulfilling their duties to their loyal fan base. Hotel Co-Operative is one of those eateries that stand bright till 9 pm ish. Here you will get egg aappa (hoppers) our own favourite because it's soft on the inside and crispy on the outside just like our dakune Southerners.
