Excelente’s little know secret is their scrap ham, various excess trimmings of meat. At PHP 900 per kilogram, cheaper than the sliced ham, but still packed with the signature smoky rich flavour. Excelente also sells ready-to-eat ham sandwiches at PHP 60.
