Sharing a passion for organic food
This is one of the many new organic shops in Sai Kung, where environmental conscious living is becoming a way of life. “We have the whole hippy and health thing going on too, but we really are a community-based food company. We work with farmers and producers who share the same core values,” says Ms Ng who manages the store.
“Many kids today are getting bigger because of their diet” says Ms Ng “avoiding synthetic hormones means less stress for humans and animals.” The organic shop also runs plenty of workshops from making energy balls to floral arrangements.
