This is the best place in Hong Kong for rice noodles rolls. The current location used to be a rice noodle rolls factory and has been supplying many five-star hotels, such as the Shangri-La for many years.
Same, same but different
This is not just another typical Hong Kong street food joint. Hop Yik Tai add their own twist to traditional recipes, siu mai 燒賣 (a kind of dumplings) filled with pork and mushroom instead of the traditional shrimp filling and their peanut sauce is tweaked to enhance the flavour.
