Sunset with the bells of the A-Ma temple

Sunset Take down all your troubles And wrap up your regret, Tie the to the rays of light The sun sheds as it sets.

Inner Harbor sunset

Located opposite the iconic A-Ma Temple in the Inner Harbor of Macau, Porto-cais da Barra is a quaint European pier. In the 1930s, it was a wharf for officials and foreign dignitaries also landed here when they came to Macau. Later, it was changed to Macau Marine Police Ferry Special Terminal. A reminder of its Portuguese heritage the railing of the pier has a red Portuguese cross emblem in the middle of each interval. Whether watching a sunset on the pier or on a boat, the best time is around 6.15pm.
