iEat Hong Sieng Kong Cafe

Angkor what meats Shanghai retro-chic

Insta hotspot

Highly instagrammable this café is where you want to be on weekends and on weekdays. The food is good, the drinks fine (not cheap) and the atmosphere is grand! A tribute to is location, the café catapults you back to the Shanghai in the 1920s but at the same time has an unmistakably Bangkok vibe with the tropical plants and tree trunks growing over the gritty walls. If you bring your male photographer, you will not be the only one.

Super chill café relaxing and watching the boats passing by on the Chao Phraya.

Riverview

Inside or outside, with the Chao Phraya river in its backyard, Hong Sieng Kong’s large shaded terrace offers a unique river pagoda view, creating an unexpected oasis in the urban jungle. Solid menu with coffee, cakes and cocktails with adventurous flavour combinations. I recommended the berry tart and orange coffee!
