Kowloon City was once the world's densest populated block, characterised by its square grid and gritty character defined by the old Kai Tak Airport and the legendary Walled City. That is, until the government bulldozed the urban jumble and turned it into a nicely landscaped park. This unpretentious neighbourhood is well known for the many family-run eateries from Southern Thailand to Northern China. But few people know the fascinating history behind all of these places. Kowloon City is well worth exploring; it has surprises hidden around every street corner, at all times, whether it's 3am or 3pm. 傳奇的九龍城寨與啓德機場令九龍城成為一個獨特的社區。直到香港政府把它清拆並改成現今的城寨公園前，昔日的九龍城寨曾是世上人口最為密集的地方。大家都喜歡到九龍城享受不同移民的家鄉美食，類別之廣遍及南泰和中國北部，可是背後的歷史卻鮮為人知。在九龍城遊走，無論凌晨還是下午也能在每個街角找到驚喜。
