Yi Heung Tofu is Kowloon City's famed tofu café. The incredibly popular hangout has been making its tofu products the same way for over 50 years, using original stone grinders.
Try the best-selling soy milk for the bargain price of HK$8. You also can’t miss the typical local food 'three stuffed treasures' (煎釀三寶), pan-fried, the old-fashioned way, that goes for HK$ 20 for six pieces.
While you're here, take a peek at the blue-gated building across the road. This is the Lee Kee memorial dispensary, Kowloon's first community clinic. It's unique because medical services were only available on Hong Kong island back in the old days. Philanthropist Lee Yiu Cheung founded the clinic when a wave of immigrants from China settled here in Kowloon City.
