Private vegetarian dining with a mission
Ella choose Kwun Tong to open her vegetarian lifestyle restaurant that doubles as a performance venue. Born and raised in Wenzhou, in China, she moved to the city more than a decade ago. That’s when she started practicing Buddhism: “I’ve never really been into animals, but I don’t want to hurt them” she says “to me, it’s all about healthy food. I like to see my customers smile, profits come later.”
The best-selling dish is the rich coconut soup, or try the milk, freshly made with a dash of coconut sugar and osmanthus for a refreshing twist.
