The project encourages the elderly to explore their community, and enhance the physical health and emotional health of the elderly. 基督教家庭服務中心50+悅齡服務舉辦了一個名為『賽馬會齡活城市計畫－躍動觀塘健步行』的長者友善社區項目，計畫旨在於觀塘區設計適合長者的健步行路線，並以導賞遊的概念推行，鼓勵長者在區內遊覓，藉以提升長者的身體健康和情緒健康。
