More than a green place to rest under the shade, Wan Chai Park is a popular venue for community activities, performances and games. There’s a football pitch, a playground, some fitness equipment and a water fountain for model boats races.
Old trees
Near the entrance a big banyan tree and spider tree provide much-needed shade, both are on the list of Hong Kong’s Old and Valuable Trees (OVTs), protected by the government.
