Neighbourhood Innovation Lab (NIL) seeks to understand how to foster an inclusive neighbourhood identity in dense Asian cities. It is an initiative by Architecture Commons to design the process of shaping our neighbourhood by adopting an inclusive, human-centred design approach. 鄰里關係研究所旨在了解在稠密亞洲城市中如何培育具有共融性的鄰里身份。這是由Architecture Commons發起的項目，以人為本的方式設計具共融性的社區。

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) was established under the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance in May 2001 to replace the Land Development Corporation as the statutory body to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate the regeneration of the older urban areas of Hong Kong. 7 Mallory Street was the URA’s first revitalisation project launched in 2013. 市區重建局（市建局）是根據《市區重建局條例》於2001年5月成立的法定機構，取代前土地發展公司，進行、鼓勵、推廣及促進本港市區更新。茂蘿街7號是市建局的保育活化項目，於2013年正式啟用。
